The Office of 学术成就 works to ensure that appropriate accommodations are provided for 学生 who are eligible for services. The 测试 Center is located in Jarrett Library. In order to meet the needs of our 学生, the following rules apply to all 学生 using 测试 accommodations:
- The 测试 center is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. 到下午3点.m. No test may be scheduled after 2:00 p.m.
- All 学生 using 测试 accommodations must schedule an appointment five days prior to their scheduled exam using the form below. If a 学生's request is not submitted prior to the prescribed timeframe, the Office of 学术成就 will not allow them to schedule an exam.
- Tests will be administered in one of the library 测试 rooms. 学生s will be video recorded/monitored while 测试 in the 测试 rooms. Any 学生 found cheating will be required to surrender their exam. The instructor will be notified immediately.
- When 学生 check-in for their exam, cell phones and other personal belongings unrelated to the exam will not be allowed in the 测试 rooms. These items must be left with 测试 Center staff until the completion of the exam.
- The 学生 is expected to arrive on time for all exams and must take care of personal needs before beginning their exam.
- 学生s may not leave the 测试 room until they have completed their exam.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the 测试 room unless that is part of a 学生's accommodations; if water is needed, the 学生 may have a bottle of water. Any food or drink item is subject to inspection by the 测试 Center Staff.
